John Lowe
Vocals & Guitar
A phenomenal natural talent, John has a gift of instantly hearing how to sing and play any song idea, wherever it comes from.
When taking a break from playing music, he will likely be found talking about it over a pint with a captive audience of bandmates. John cites Bob Dylan and Lou Reed as primary influences but anyone who has seen him perform would agree he encapsulates a much wider range of powerful styles and makes them all come out to play
Jeff Wilday
Drummer
Following a few years of playing in many bands of different genres around the Midlands, Jeff has found his spiritual home in Seventh Syndicate.
He brings many year’s experience to the table and takes an active role in songwriting. His interest in drumming started at the age of ten when he heard Jimi Hendrix for the first time and since then he has incorporated diverse influences such as Stewart Copeland, old school hip hop beats, Led Zeppelin, the Deftones and James Brown into his approach to writing and playing.
Brendan Cooke
Guitar Player
Brendan began life in Australia until fate found him in England and led him to join a band that shares his passion for alternative guitar music. Brendan is a brilliantly colourful guitarist, whose
Influences include John Frusciante, Slash, Tom Morello, Jimi Hendrix, Mark Tremonti, Adam Jones and Jack White
Gav Moran
Bass Guitar
Musical Influences include Bob Marley, Nick Oliveri, Billy Corgan, Duff McKagan, Luke Kelly, Nicky Wire and Simon Gallup amongst many others. Gav fell in love with guitar sounds, songs and lyrical poetry at a young age
Half English, half Irish, half brilliant, half crazy. Gav has a theory on absolute anything and everything. He will usually be hilariously wrong or scarily right but rarely anything in between
